The tooth profile is low and has a large surface area at the tip of the tooth providing good support on sliding conveyor surfaces. They are manufactured with a heavy duty, woven, nylon based fabric tooth covering. The helically wound tensile cords are engineered, twisted and chemically set stranded Kevlar material. These special Kevlar cords are designed to offer the highest breaking strength possible. They are made with a high temperature chloroprene polymer throughout the belt, and are proven through thousands of hours of customer use to be durable and dependable.
